中文如下:
【真因分析:1)查MES系统可知:客诉品PCBA为2014/02/10生产之产品,无重工记录,故可排除重工造成此异常;(附件1)
2)示波器量测TP1与POL的波形一致,说明TP1与POL互短;(附件2)
3)外观确认:T-CON第67pin(TP1)与68pin(POL)明显连锡现象,导致异常发生之根本原因;(附件2)
4)制程工程分析连锡真因:PCB板的T-CON pin脚PAD表面存有异物,经过锡膏印刷、零件贴装、回焊炉焊接后异物表面被锡覆盖形成导体造成功能短路不良;(附件3)
5)查看当天班别不良明细统计,发现当天无T-CON 连锡不良,此异常为偶发性异常.(附件4)

Conclusion:依以上分析确认造成此次异常之真因为PCB板的PAD表面存有异物导致;锡丝微细,FV人员检验能力欠缺未能有效拦截此异常从而漏失客户端.(附件5)
不良真因改善对策:
1.投首站人员按时更换防静电手套(更换频率:4H/次),确保手套的洁净,保证前段印刷品质.
2.投首站人员投板前检查载具表面是否有异物,若有需清洁乾净后再投板,已将此作业要求列入SOP管控由IPQC进行稽核.(附件6)
3.在投首站增加自动吹气清洁装置. (附件7)
===> 所有线体已在2014年8月份安装完毕
漏失原因改善对策:
1.FV人员针对T-CON 连锡不良做人员教育训练,提升人员品质意识.(附件8)
2.产线增加CCD检测几台百分百检验,提高产品质量,可拦截短路、连锡、多锡、少锡、空焊等15种不良.(附件8)
产线流程改善前:投板 => 印刷 => 打件 => 锅炉 => AOI => FT => FV => PKG
产线流程改善后:投板 => 印刷 => 打件 => 锅炉 => AOI => CCD机检(100%) => FT => FV => PKG
===> 2014年6月份已导入并正式使用.
