Question 1
If the question is for Chinese family,I agree,yet if it is for the american or the westerners,I am gonna give the oppsite answer.
1.In China,our tradition of family values is strong,which is that children should provide for the aged,stay with them and do their best to help them not to feel lonely.While the americans they think if the children have grown up,they should live on theirselves,they should go out of home to lead their own lives.
2.For contemporary young generation,most of them are the only child in their families,the parents would always not like their children to leave them so early,and despite the children could be able to live on themselves,the parents reckon it is wasting money if they go out to live alone.
3.I have to say it is a big social problem,and maybe it is the one aspect of results of the one child policy and also the exam-oriented education.Children,who lack ability of action ,whose parents are always tending to spoil them,face lots of barriers in their way to independence.Time is changing,the competition is geting more and more fierce,we should change mind and encourage children to be creative,independent,and any way,the world belongs to the young generation.

In my opinion.the 3 radical things should be to cut the house price,to adjust the unbalance of income allocation,and to cope with and crack down corruption.
