MODIFICATION AND INTERRUPTION OF THE SERVICE
Li & Fung reserves the right without notice to alter, upgrade, or introduce new features, or applications to the Portal.
All new features, applications, upgrades and alterations shall be governed by these Conditions (or any amended
Conditions referred to in paragraph 6.1 below), unless otherwise stated in writing by Li & Fung.
Li & Fung has the right to interrupt the Portal at any time with prior notice (save in the event of emergency when no
notice will be required) in any of the following situations: (a) conducting maintenance or engineering work to any
software or equipment of the Portal; (b) interruptions or termination caused by third parties; (c) any event of force
majeure; and (d) where Li & Fung, in its absolute discretion, considers that the interruption is necessary because of
technical or operational reasons.
TERMINATION
Li & Fung has the right to terminate Vendor’s use of the Portal forthwith under these Conditions at any time without
notice if Vendor breaches any of these Conditions.
Upon termination, Li & Fung: (a) may delete any and all information Vendor has entered on the Portal; (b) will
deactivate all of Vendor’s user names and passwords; (c) will have no further obligations under this agreement.

利丰公司保留对于变更、升级或新性能介绍、或门户网站的应用不进行通知的权利.

如果卖主违背了如下任一条款,利丰公司有权随时立刻终止客户的使用而不进行通知.
根据终止情况,利丰公司：(a) 可以删除任何及所有在门户网站的卖方信息；(b)将解除所有卖方的用户名及密码；(c)在此协议中将不承担任何其他的义务
