这两句话意思相同。。为什么有的句子有And有的句子不用而时态变了呢？

这里其实就是个停顿,接着上面的意思.
还有同两个句子之间用AND连接比较口语,有时是习惯.看英文电影经常可以同到“and……and”,其实就是停顿.
