句型介绍
主句（含not的否定式）＋until时间状语从句
not...until...是表示“直到……才……”的句型.
1,主句中的动词都是短暂性动词；
2,时间状语从句中用一般现在时代替一般将来时；
3,一般来说,从句动作先于主句动作发生,如果要强调从句动作的完成状态,可以用完成时；
4,until 可以换作till
e.g.The baby did not stop crying untill he saw the toy.这个小婴儿直到看见玩具才停止哭泣.
特别提示
上面这个句型可以扩展成两个延伸句型：
not until +时间状语从句＋倒装后的主句
It is not until +时间状语从句＋that+主句
第一个句式是将否定性时间状语提前的倒装句式.
第二个句式是强调句,强调时间状语.
我们把上文的例句做下变形吧.
e.g.Not until he saw the toy did the baby stop crying.
e.g.It was not until he saw the toy that the baby stoped crying.
