应该是导体和指南针 空间的位置比较不好理解吧.
画一个俯视图.导线在中间位置,电流流出还是流进未知（题目的要求）,指南针在西边.
通电导线的磁场方向,是根据右手螺旋来判断的.大拇指是电流方向,其他四指握成拳头,手指的绕向,就是磁场的方向.
由于指南针指向西边,手指应该是逆时针绕的,大拇指向上.
所以电流方向向上,也就是图中,电流应该是从纸里面流向人的.
