财务部主要职能：
①做好公司及部分下属企业的会计、出纳工作；
②及时准确地向董事会和总经理提供资金运营及经营情况的财务报表、分析报告；
③协助总经理做好融资工作；
④管理、监督公司资产；
⑤指导、监督下属机构的财务工作；
⑥办理公司及下属机构有关人员的住房公积金和养老、失业保险、医保等社保手续；
⑦做好其它有关工作.

② promptly provide to the Board of Directors and General Manager of the operating capital operation and audited financial statements,analysis reports;
③ assists GM doing a financing;
④ management,supervision of corporate assets;
⑤ supervising financial institutions;
⑥ Office and the subsidiary body for staff housing fund and pension,unemployment insurance,Medicare,and so social security procedures;
⑦ to do well as other relevant work
