用cannot表达我不能学习他吗?也可表示能力方面的意思啊?求讲解

带able的表示没有能力（天生就不行）
cannot有点生硬表示内心里不想学（本来可以学好,就是不想学）
再问： ()you fetch me some hot water?应该填can,may？求讲解，
再答：这俩中间应选can，不过要有could的话它最合适 can的用法： ①表示有能力做某事，意为“能、会”。如： The girl can sing in English. ②表示许可，意为“可以”，如： You can drive my car to the post office. ③表示推测，意为“也许，可能”。如： He can’t be your brother, you don’t look the same. D. may的用法： ①表示请求，语气比can弱。如： –May I use your eraser? – Certainly. But you must give it back to me soon.
再问：那这里面也是请求啊，怎么看出语气强弱呢？
再答： may,别人可以拒绝，但你是想喝水还想办成，就得强烈一点，用can
