=0.125x²-5.5x+72.5
(2) y(60)=0.125×60²-5.5×60+72.5=192.5 (ft).
(3) The function plot is shown below. As we can see, y(x) decreases when x increases from 0 to 20 mph. This does NOT make sense. Also, y(0) is not equal to 0, which does not make sense.
