I would like to say “Keep calm and trust in yourself.”to myself To be honest,I am not someone who can always do his or her best stably.Although I did pretty well in normal tests,I couldn’t help being nervous whenever facing big exams.As a result,I was really frustrated and fell into a vicious circle.That’s why I want to say this sentence to myself. 再答： This sentence is really meaningful to me.It not only reminds me of the importance of calming myself down and focusing on the process instead of thinking about the results that may come,but also helps alleviate my nervousness to the maximum degree.

再答： Today I want ti say to myself"never give up".I want to say this because of an expensive.Two months ago,I decided to practise running 1Km for my sport exam I thought it was impossible for me to realize this goal,and at first I failed to do it .But my parents encouraged me and asked me not to give up my goal .Finally I reached that and got a good mark. I think 'Never give up "is just like a light in the dark and it guides me to the success when I was disappointed.I hope I can always follow this sentence when I meet trouble in the future.
