For example，watching English movies, or reading English book.

I usually forget a lot of new words. Then I practiced reading and writing English words every day. When I didn't know how to spell new words in the articles. I looked them up in a dictionary. Another thing that I found very difficult was English grammar. Then I decided to take a lot of grammar notes in every class. It helped a lot.
