These novels move willing readers away from their humdrum lives and into a world that is (at once) fantastic and mysterious.答案说原句没错,但是我总觉得那个at once在这里特别别扭,怎么那个world就是立刻fantastic and mysterious呢?

再问： 还是那个第一题，我觉得如果是您所说的中国人的造句的话和原句意思都不一样了...还是没完全明白，哪怕是用immediately我都觉得那个world不是一直fantastic and mysterious的感觉...而中国人的那种造句就像是world一直都是fantastic的...
再答： 那你觉得根据上下文意思，小说里的世界是一直"fantastic"的，还是得有读者看了它才变得fantastic呢？很显然，小说内容是不会根据读者看不看而变化的。所以这里的at once表达的时间并非是word be fantastic，而是sth. be fantastic to the readers, 只是原句省略了几个字"to the readers"。
