For a particular firm,higher productivity will increase its production and therefore higher outputs and revenue are expected.The increased revenue can be deposited in the bank for saving purpose or invested in capital goods for additional income.For the owner or shareholders of the firm,their income is increased and so lead to higher living standard.For employees,an increase in wage is predicted and thus higher living standard for them as well.
