In order to fail the prophecy of Yuan Shoucheng,a fortune-teller,the dragon king of Jinghe river changed the accurate time and the exact amount of rain water without permission from the heaven.Taking false prophecy as an excuse,the dragon king demolished Yuan 's shop.Yuan asserted that the dragon king would be executed by Wei Zheng,the counselor-in-chief of Tang Taizong emperor,for defying the heaven's will.Yuan suggested the dragon king that he ask Tang Taizong emperor for help.One night,Tang Taizong emperor dreamed the dragon king begged him for help,and the emperor agreed.He ordered Wei Zheng to come to his palace without leaving.In that way,the emperor thought the counselor-in-chief wouldn't be able to execute the dragon king.
