2.Good command of English, good working attitude, good skill to use the CAD, MS office software. Basic elevator & escalator knowledge is preferable.
3.At least 1 year working experience in service related job.
Major Area of Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical and business related support to Export Front Line effectively and promptly.
2.Receive, clarify, and confirm Purchase Order, Variation Order and other order information from export FL ,
ensure all ambiguous and conflicting requirements are clarified, and all specifications and conditions are acceptable by CSU.
3.Prepare layout drawing for Front Line confirmation.
4.Transfer clarified order to Order Engineering team for passing NPR after confirmed by Front Line .
5.Maintain project documents correctly and timely.
6.Prepare the process report for all export projects to Front Line and supply line timely.
