如果不是钓鱼邮件，而此邮件正是eBAY官方发过来的话。原因如下：
（1）卖假货被eBAY查到，冻结账户。
（2）DSR得分低，卖家服务质量差。
（3）使用小号给大号炒作信誉，被eBAY发现。
（4）拍卖中借用别人的账号或自己的小号恶意抬高拍卖价格。
（5）卖家的账号存在危险，被eBAY怀疑有诈骗的可能。尽管EBAY并不一定掌握了十足的证据，但是为了防患于未然，宁可错杀一千，也不要使一个骗子漏网。eBAY果断的冻结可疑账户。
（6）账户存在盗用的危险。比如账户在某一时期在异地登入。或者在不同的电脑上使用不同的ISP主机登入。。
（7）PAYPAL存在帮别人提款或洗黑钱的嫌疑。连累EBAY受罪。
（8）用同一张身份证注册2个甚至多个账户滥操作。
（9）登入EBAY的电脑被查出来以前死掉过别的eBAY账户，现在的新账户一并受到株连。
