A：如果有连字符“-”,数字后面的名词应为单数.而20-minute在这里作为一个形容词,形容drive这个名词.如果是20-minutes drive,就是错的.
B：20 minutes' drive,或者 10 minutes' walk 等,都是正确的表达.
