1.inspired是非谓语,在这里表被动,做定语,而were accompnies 是谓语.
2.set为非谓语做状语,应该是整个句子的主语被set,所以句子的主语不能是modern audiences,只能是Philip Glass’s contemporary opera Galileo,Galilei.我觉得set在这里是以……为背景的意思.
再问： 还是你讲得清楚，不过那第一个句子怎么翻译？我觉得什么什么被acompany感觉好奇怪， 第二个没什么问题，set果然是非谓语，完全不像一楼所说，set在这里是不是过去分词，所以只能是D
