decided to give its employees a 10% raise in pay.为什么用which不行?要改成that.i heard that/which引导宾语从句不都行吗?

which引导宾语从句时,which是“哪一个、哪一些”的意思,你这句话中没有这个意思的.而且,which在宾语从句中是充当成分的.而that引导宾语从句时,是连词,没有意思的.只起连接作用.
这个与定语从句是不一样的.
如：
I don't know which book he likes best.（which：哪一；这里是定语）
我不知道他最喜欢哪一本书.
I know that he likes that book best.(that连词,没意思的,仅起连接作用）
我知道他最喜欢那本书.
