Background
Suppose that you were a manager of a company.To better your products or/and services and sharpen the competetiveness,you are eager to know how the customers are grading your company and what are your attracting and disappointing performances.You must make a research proposal and carefully conduct it.Your research result should be based upon data collected in scientific ways and can provide help to enchance your knowledge of the customers’ needs and preferences.

1.Describe the activities the company are undertaking and the general conditions in the industry of the company.
2.Identify the customers of the company:

3.Discuss with employees with the company and find out:
(a) How they are assessing their products or/and services and what criteria they are using in assessment;
(b) What of the company they are proud of ;
(c) What are the challenges and problems they are facing at present.
4.Discuss issues concerned with the company with your classmates or tutors or any other interested people,write down the points and,if any,results of your discussion.
