Every year I enter for the garden competition too, and I always win a little prize 【for the worst garden in the town】!

楼上几位都说对了.for the worst garden in the town 是 prize 的定语.虽然从语法上讲这个介词短语既可以作定语,也可以作状语,但是两者的意思是不同的.

作目的状语的翻译：每年我都参加花园比赛,并总为镇里一个最差的花园赢一个小奖.
作定语的翻译：每年我都参加花园比赛,并总赢一个镇里最差花园的小奖.
