While studies that follow children over long periods of time have consistently found that the more TV children watch,the more likely they are to gain excess weight and there’sconvincing evidence in adults,too.But I have some compelling perspective that casts doubt on this idea that watching television can lead to obesity.
As with most things,There are multiple explanations for this ,but certainly whether taking exercise in time or keeping good mood play an important role.One set of stereotypes is directly about Watching television decreasing the likelihood of you doing something else—you’re probably just sitting,possibly snacking.so yeah,basically it is a correlational effect and not exactly causational.if you watch TV and then go for a run after,you won’t become obese.And i guess that the more flexible I am in adapting to needs,the the healthier i will be!Thus one of the critical aspects of becoming obesity is that how we adhere to hard and beneficial rules around work/life balance.
