I had a very meaningful summer holiday.Unlike many other students,I didn't spent all the time playing computer games.Instead,I helped my mother with the housework.I learned how to cook.Although I know the food I cooked was not delicious,my parents were still very happy.I read some books and learned a lot of things that I couldn't learn in class.I went to XXX(某个地方) with my family and enjoyed ourselves very much.Now the summer holiday is coming to an end.But the vivid memories will be stored in my mind forever.

My wish is to be a doctor.Because when I was very young,I got seriously ill.And in the hospital,I saw a lot of people suffering the pain caused by different diseases.That has left me very deep impression.So I made up my mind to be someone who can help those people out of misery.As a doctor,I can try to ease the patients' pain.I think helping those who need help is everybody's duty.And if I am a doctor,I think I can better fulfill my duty.So that's my wish.

A lot of people don't like reading news.Because for them,that is a waste of time.Comparing to political news,they prefer social websites.But in my opinion,reading news is a good habit.Since we are social animals,we cannot live without the influence of the environment.So we have to keep ourselves informed of what is going on across the world.That helps us to make right decisions.Reading news also provide us with a lot of fresh materials to start a conversation with even a stranger.And that will surely help us leave good impression on others.All in all,reading news may cost us some time,but we can't say that it has nothing to do with us.That is a indispensable part of a social figure,and only with that habit shall we live better and clearer in the world.
