这两句话中If 的用法是什么?

第二句出自一个presentation中的一段。
说完这句之后，介绍人就分 firstly，then，finally，三个部分开始介绍采取的 steps 。
所以我觉得翻译成 “要是....就好了”总觉得有点奇怪。
总觉得表达的意思应该是“让我们从.....开始”但是if又查不到这个用法.....
真的是非常困惑，请赐教。
