经过近几年的发展,中小企业成为推动国民经济持续发展的不可或缺的重要力量.中小企业要想提高经济效益,最关键的是准确地对财务报表进行有效的分析,而尝债能力分析又是中小企业财务报表的一个很重要的因素.由于中小企业存在资金薄弱等缺陷,举债经营成为了其基本经营策略,中小企业分析其尝债能力可以规避其举债经营中存在的风险,是企业能否持续生存的重要保证.当今世界对中小企业尝债能力的研究还比较匮乏,本文通过对国内外对比研究及结合相关文献、数据对中小企业的尝债能力进行分析,发现其中的问题,并加以改进,来弥补这一研究领域的不足.

Small and medium-sized enterprises want to improve economic efficiency, the key is to carry on the effective analysis of the financial statements accurately, and taste the debt ability analysis is a very important factor in the financial statements of small and medium sized enterprises. Because of the small and medium-sized enterprise exist defects such as weak capital, leverage has become the basic business strategy analysis of small and medium-sized enterprises, its debt taste ability can evade the risk existing in the leverage is an important guarantee for the sustained, whether the enterprise survival. Study on current world debt taste ability of small and medium enterprises is still relatively scarce, this paper carries on the analysis through the comparison study on home and abroad and combined with the literature, the data of the small and medium-sized enterprise debt taste ability, found the problem, and to be improved, to make up for the deficiency of this research field.
