Dear Mr.li,
I’d like to apply for a three-day leave, starting form the 13th and finishing on the 15th .Yestaday,I went to help the farmers ,but unluckily,I fell from the ladder,leaving my leg broken.So the docter advised that I should have a good rest in my dorm.
I should be very much obliged if you will grant me the leave. As to the duties to be missed during my absence, I will do my best to make them up as soon as I get back.
