大概半个月前,我参加了生平第一次比赛,站在麦克风前,面对观众和老师期待的眼神,我竟然紧张的说不出话来,那一刻我是多么的无助.
比赛结束,发现自己居然也有幸进入决赛.但紧张的心情还是没有平静.
我的朋友鼓励我说 你是最棒的,有什么困难你都过去了 不就是比赛吗,你可以的,我的爸妈说你是爸爸的女儿 自然我相信你的能力,无论最后的结局如何 努力了就是最棒的.老师说可以参加这次比赛已经证明自己的实力,只要相信自己就一定能成功的.
我花了 一整天的时间思考他们的话 ,我想他们的话是正确.
此时此刻当我再一次站在麦克风前,仍然心跳不止,但重要的是,我终于能够勇敢地面对我是的恐惧了,而这已足够了.

I spent all day time to ponder their speech, I thought their speech was correct.
This very moment when I again stand in front of the microphone, still the palpitation continued, but more importantly, I finally could facing me be bravely has feared, but this has been enough.
