take a break,中文翻译成“休息一会儿”,但实际上是打断正在进行的活动来休息的意思,break本身就是打断.所以take a break的意思其实是“中场休息”,你带到句子里就发现用这个不合适了.本来就没开始什么,何来打断呢.
所以take a seat,坐下,放在这里比较合适.
