The Thing I Was Most interested In During The Winter Vacation
Every year during the Spring Festival, I’m interested in wearing new clothes, eating dumplings,
setting off fireworks, watching New Year Eve’s Gala on the TV. Above all, what I was really
interested in this year was the gift money wrapped in a red envelope I received from my
Grandpa. Formerly he used to give me one hundred yuan as the New Year’s money on New
Year’s Day. On seeing the red envelope, I was eager to open it and count the one-hundred-yuan notes one by one. To my great surprise, a sum of 1,000 yuan was offered to me on the
New Year’ Eve when I was watching TV program this year. The money was ten times the sum
he used to give me in the past. I felt extremely happy at that time and I also felt grateful to my
