目前我国职业倦怠现象己经广泛存在。职业倦怠对组织和个人都会产生消极影响,己成为组织和个人无法避免且必须正视的问题;工作倦怠影响人力资源战略的实施和人力资源规划的准确,有必要对其深入研究。
在国内外学者以往研究的基础上,从人力资源管理角度出发,对员工工作倦怠问题进行研究,结合我国企业的实际情况,界定工作生活质量与职业倦怠的概念,并以此定义为依据,分析其原因主要在于企业人员配置不合理、薪酬体系不公平等,通过建立完善有效的人力资源管理体系和健康的企业文化,力求将工作倦怠的消极影响降至最低,以提高员工工作生活质量。
