I read from the school newspaper this morning that you are in demand of a senior –two student to organize the English Corner for students in our school. I think it is a great idea and I’m writing to apply for the job. I am Li Hua from class X , monitor. English is one of my favourite subjects. I came out first in the English composition competition last year and I am also on the English debate team this year. As the class monitor, I have helped to plan and perform(carry out) many class activities successfully. With my passion and experience, I think I am qualified for the task. I have already made a plan for it, which goes as follows. First of all, a place available for the activity should be found in our school and in advance I will make some necessary preparations and decorations.
