History is a constant process of accumulation. We always automatically draw experiences and lessons from our past or our society’s past and gain progress. In my opinion, past experience is our life's wealth which helps us to grow; it is the motive power which helps our Society to develop and improve.
On the one hand, experience is the wealth which helps us to grow and progress. In our daily life, we will meet so many different things and people; we gain experience both from books and life. When we are child, our parents told their useful experience to us so that we may not make the same mistakes in the future. When we are older, we went to school, our teacher taught us much knowledge, such as the Chinese, Math, Geography, and so on. Most of these knowledge are about our history and the world, from which we learn to make choice and collect the useful information we need to help us do things much more correctly. After we graduated, we come to work. During this time, we often try to follow the predecessors and Sum up their experience and lessons, from which we can learn to avoid making the same mistakes and make progress. When we are old, we will summarize the experience of our lifetime and gain improvement continually.
On the other hand, experience is the motive power which helps our Society to develop and improve. For thousands of years, unlike the Ancient Egypt and Old Babylon, Our country successfully avoids the fate of the fall, and grows into today's international leading power. How can we do this? I think one of the most important reasons is that our nation is good at learning experience and lessons from the past, no matter the history of our nation or the history of others. In fact, most of the advances in the human society are based on the predecessors' experience. We learn a lot from it. It helps to bring about the social development and progress
However, experience is not always good to us, especially in the creative design and innovation areas. Sometimes, we draw a lesson from our experience; we make a rule. We think it is right and follow it in the future. Maybe sometimes it is good, but sometimes these experience will possibly limit our understanding to the new things. We limited in the framework of our thinking. From this point, we might need to see our experience dialectically .we need to jump out the bondage of thought.
In a word, I agree with the view that we can learn a lot from the past experience. But we also need to see it dialectically. We should learn to judge the true or false and distinguish the beneficial and harmful things, so that we can make full use of the experience and gain progress.
下边这个是找到的一篇,我想起来咱们是上学期写的这个作文现在找不到了,这个希望对你有些帮助,嘿嘿↖(^ω^)↗
Both learning through personal experience and learning through the advice of others can help youin life. If you don't have a lot of knowledge about something, the advice of people you trust can be very valuable. They can tell you about their own experiences, and about the advantages and disadvantages of a situation. Then you can consider your own wants and needs and decide what you should do. Pretty soon, you'll have more experience of your own.
When you 're thinking about what you want to do with your life, friends and relatives are a great resource. They can give you information about things like jobs, school, volunteering, and traveling to other parts of the world. They've done a lot of learning in their lives, and you can use it to decide what you want to do with yours.
In some cases, there's no real substitute for personal experience. For example, I really don't like to make presentations in class. I know I'll make mistakes, even if I'm thoroughly prepared and know all about my topic. Nothing but experience can help me deal with the nervousness I feel. I know that the feedback I get from the teacher and from the other students will help me learn from those mistakes. At least I'm confident that the next class presentation I make will be much better than the last one.
In the end, I think that the best way to learn about life is by experiencing it firsthand. No one else can teach you how to get along with other people, how to realistically judge your own abilities, or how to understand who you are. You can only learn these things by dealing with situations every day. Experience is the best teacher.
