1.I think we all need friends.The reason is because we all came by ourselves to this world,if we didnt have friends,we would be lonely and have no one to care about us.Friends are companions in the journey of life.They are important in that they care for us when we are away from family members,they listen to our troubles and we would have less burdens,they share our happiness and the joy would be doubled.Also,friends are mirrors to our inner selves,they show us who we really are and what values we have.Friendship is something unlike relationships.While relationships can last a week or two,friendships are forever.
2.Memories are legacies from life.However,we have both good ones and bad ones.Therefore it is upto us to determine which ones we should throw away and which ones to remain in our hearts.This process is important for the life we choose to live.Forgetting the bad memories benefit us by giving us the strength required to carry on the present and into the future.It helps make us more brave and won't be afraid to try again.Remembering the good from the past is like the sweetness in candies,only it is permanent.We can choose to taste it whenever we like and be reminded about the good things in life,to make our future a brighter path.
3.Culture awareness are important communication skills for foreign language learners.Much of the language learned is tied in with the culture.For example,in America football is played with hands and foot,it is not the footfall in China that is known as soccer in America.Not knowing the American culture could lead incorrect terms and even embarrassment by the language learners.Also,knowing more about the culture is helpful for the language learning.Learning the elements of Western food,such as lasagna,pizza,and hamburgers helps learning about words such as cheese,flour,and lettuce.Hence,it is important that foreign language learners realize the intimacy of culture awareness and the language.
4.College education is the key to a successful life.When I was little,my parents would spend lots of money for me on education.Not only they used a good portion of their income to pay my tuition fees,they never hesitated to spend more money to put me into extracurricular lessons outside of school to help me consolidate my knowledge.To me,education is a door that separates the people with jobs verses the people who could not find jobs.Studies show that people with higher education have higher incomes and a higher ability to find jobs.Hence,education is one of the most important goals in my life.
5.When a cat feels insecure around another animal or cat,its fur first stands up to make it look bigger,and scarier.Then,it would either walk up to the other animal or stays unmoved and hiss the other animal.At this point its claws and teeth out,ready to attack the other animal.
6.The most important decision of my life is choosing to learn English.China's population is one of the main causes for its vehemence in competition.Learning English would make more path for me in the future.Not only English is useful for finding a job in the future,it is the most popular language in the world.Learning English helps me communicate with more people.Going to a foreign country can be difficult without knowing English.English can be found in almost every major country in the world.English is also helpful for many technology uses,such as the computer,DVD player,etc.
7.Christmas is a time for reunion and giving out for others.It is almost like the New years in China,a special time for the family to reunite and celebrate.Christmas is Jesus Christ's birthday,it is the day that Christ is born in Christianity.Many Christians celebrate for the reason that the savior Jesus is born.Christmas is also a holiday greatly enjoyed by children.Children under ten years old often believes that there is a Santa who comes to drop off Christmas gifts down the chimney.Not only Christmas is enjoyed by many children,it is a holiday in which people from all ages gives out and receive nice presents.
8.The world will not be able to feed its growing population in the future.It the population continues to grow,one day we will not have enough resources to feed everyone in the world.Therefore,sustainability of the ecosystem is required.Everyone should control the use of water to help contribute.Only if everyone starts this action,we would be able to feed the growing population in the future.
