这个句子好像是有两个指代东西,一个这一类做苦役的人,一个是他们觉得很满足的原因!for others指的是这一类人,但是句子的意思是说他们劳动然后获得满足、愿意忍受这一些苦难的原因,所以It is指的就是这个原因,好像是这样的~也不知道我中文表达的对不对
