1.Arbitration &Proper Law:All disputes,controversies or differences,other than for the collection of monies owing,which may arise between the parties out of or in relation or in connection withthis Agreement or the breach thereof shall be referred to final and bindingarbitration before a single arbitrator in appointed by agreement between theparties,failing which by President for the time being of the Law Society forEngland and Wales.The proceedings shallbe held in London,England,and in the English language.Each party shall bear one half (1/2) of thearbitrator’s fees and disbursements.The arbitrator shall be bound bysubstantive law,but free to stipulate his own rules of evidence and procedure,provided that his award and the reasons for it shall be rendered inwriting.Such award shall be final,binding and without appeal and enforceable in any court of competentjurisdiction.
This agreement shall begoverned by and interpreted in all respects according to the laws of England,but without reference to any principles thereof with respect to conflicts of law.
