这题的答案为E no error,但请问为什麼不是A呢?
依照if的用法,if sb does.,sb will do...,所以approved不是需要改成 approve 或是 are approved

按照逻辑思考,meeting已经结束了（recent）所以A的一般过去式是没有错的.
