使用and还是or?

薄冰语法中是用and，

我认为应该用or才对,这里的意思是“班上大部分的学生得分都在八十分或以上”
补充：如果用and,意思就是“超过八十分”,但如果这样的话,用“score over eighty percent”不是更好?《薄冰语法》虽然比较权威,但圣人都有错,何况是一般人?况且也有可能是印刷错误（《新华字典》都有错啦!）
