1 insist后面可以跟两种情况,一种是当它翻译成坚持认为,不用虚拟语气,就是第一空那样,改过去式还是过去式.另一种是当insist翻译成坚持要求,这种情况下insist后的从句要用虚拟语气,insist that sb (should) do,所以不用carried而用carry.
2 因为用all wearing的话逗号后就是一个独立主格,而用你说的前两种的花,逗号后就是一个完整的句子.这是不行的,因为英语中是不能仅用一个逗号而不用and等连词来连接两个完整句子的.
