老版新概念第三册的51课开始有这么两句话,我实在是搞不懂...

首先是第一句,怎么会用has been的?这和完成时没什么关系吧...我怎么觉得应该用is呢?第二句就是,我觉得应该用完成时,结果用了are...

用is也可以,原文可能想强调这一事实已经发生；第二句按语法完成时更好,但是时态这个东西.因人而异,逻辑上通顺或者想突出某个语气时说得通都可以
