As far as we know,it is very proud for every one to be a volunteer.This is a very good chance to improve our ability,and we should support the Olympic Games,advocate the Olympics spirit of “Faster Higher Stronger” and “One World One Dream.”
We are suffering from the effect of global warming.The good thing is that everybody is now paying more attention to protecting the environment.As a citizen supposed to make our city beautiful and clean to welcome the visitors,especially the volunteer.A volunteer is a model to lead the others joins in this great race,and let the foreigners be satisfied with our service.Now let’s start from the small things to get ready for the 2008 Olympics.We should be polite to every one.Shouldn’t hit and swear at people.We shouldn’t throw things about.We must protect the environment and save the natural resources.
In order to have a healthy body to welcome the Olympic Games,everyone must eat enough right kinds of food every day and take exercise; especially the athlete must keep healthy.Nutritionist and medical scientists suggest that we should eat foods in the lower and second levels of the “Food Pyramid” more than those in the third and top levels.Thereby,I hope the athletes healthy and happy every day.
A volunteer can be a tour guide to help the foreigners learn Chinese culture.We can tell the foreigners how big China is; how long the Great Wall is; how many hero lay down his life for the Chinese liberation.We can tell some history,Chinese diet habit and people spirit to the foreigners,and we can interpret many things,too.Such as,what’s the mascot for the 2008 Olympics?And why we choose this?So then,we must learn many things to tell the foreigners,aren’t we?
The 2008 Olympics topic is “One World One Dream”,I believe all the world’s people will be the good friends.I will be a volunteer to help the others.
