不好意思,我想知道的是虚拟语气在各种时态里的用法.比如在现在时里面就是If I were,那么在过去时将来时以及其他一些时态里面呢?

懂了,你要的叫the subjunctive mood.这个是动词的范畴.换句话说,conditionals只是其中的一部分而已.
一共分三块：其中两块是死记硬背的.
先细说一下时态,1.be原形表present tense(现在时) 2.were或其它实义动词+ed（dynamic nouns）表past tense(过去时)
注：我指“现在时”,不说“一般现在时”,是融通意义上的“当时”,也就是你说这句话的时候.
我指“过去时”,是融通意义上的“之前”,中文里更准确地说是“想象”（如时光机器倒转时间一样）.在英语中称之为"hypothetic situation"
比较复杂的是,be.仅在第三人称单数上有变动——保持原形（具体见例子）.
一,用于命令,建议,请求等动词（其中省略了should,注意看例句里的be）
如;require,suggest
The FAA requires that all work be done according to precise specifications from the aircraft's manufacturer and that it be approved by the agency.
I suggest you reconsider.
二,特定的形容词 (注：hand是动词原形)
It is essential she hand in her thesis on time.她按时交论文是必须的.
There are numerous crossroads in the huge city.It is essential that they are properly maintained and landscaped to enhance the city outlook.(注：are.they是复数保持不变)
三,由if,as if和wish组成的句子(与前二者的区别在于,分句(if,wish,as if)是hypothetic statment,主句是hypothetic consequence of an action)
If I were rich I would buy a caravan and travel round the world.(从句的were,主句的would都是表"想象")
可能跟主流的中文语法有些不同.今天太晚了~就写到这里吧.
PS：这些都是融通的“格式”,英语说白了,没有固定的模式.只有用得比较多的句型.以上三类,遇上“倒装”,“疑问”,“推测”,甚至文学用法时,根据不同的语境可变幻出无穷的“格式”.但是,这三类是他们的开山鼻祖.希望你能通过他们领会出更多的sentences of the subjunctive(虚拟语气句型).
