Last Friday afternoon,we had a PE lesson in the playground,during which we learned how to do the long jump.To begin with,our teacher taught us the skill about the long jump and asked us to bear it in mind.Then he set us an example.Although I felt nervous then,I still jumped as my teacher taught me.At first,I failed,but I didn’t give up.At last,I jumped over 3 metres long.I made it and i'm so delighted that my hardwork has paid off.This experience let me understand a saying“Persevering means victory.”
