近现代人类文明不断进步尤其是科学技术的迅猛发展.新兴网络技术的快速普及给我们的生活带来了极大的便利,网络为我们构建了一个不为时空所限的“网络世界”,它不仅使我们实现了全球范围内的即时通讯,而且使全球性的电子商务成为可能.任何人只要“轻轻的点击鼠标,世界便尽在掌握”,可见网络对社会的发展发挥着越来越重要的作用,然而科学技术从来就是一把双刃剑,网络也不例外.网络给我们带来方便的同时也带来了网络入侵、网络侮辱、网络诈骗等网络犯罪行为.由于网络犯罪呈现出与传统犯罪截然不同的特点,其对社会的破坏性是难以想象的,网络技术的局限性让网络犯罪者大显身手、花样翻新、日渐猖狂而有关立法的滞后放纵了利用网络的犯罪,繁华忙碌的社会生活背后隐藏着重重危机.所以我们要加强对网络犯罪的研究、完善立法、增强自我保护意识与全人类一起来迎接这一挑战 .

As man progressed over the years, science and technology developed rapidly. With internet becoming more and more commonly used, our life became easier and much more convenience. Internet has constructed a "virtual world" that is unrestrained by time for us, it not only allowed instant communication around the globe, but also made global online business possible. If you just "click your mouse, the world is in your control", thus we can see that internet is now playing an ever greater part in societal development. But, science and technology is a double-edged sword, internet is the same as well. While we enjoy the convenience it brings, we cannot ignore the crimes such as intrusions, insults and lies that come with it. Because internet crime and traditional crime has completely different characteristics, its distructive effects on society is hard to imagine. The restriction on internet technology allowed people to comit crimes in newer, more daring methods, and the delay in having appropriate legislation resulted in those who committed internet crime being let lose, and increased the danger that lie behind busy lives. Therefore, we need to deepen our understandings and researches regarding internet crime, perfect our legislations, and increease our self-defence to face this great challenge.
