摘 要
中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,我国企业绝大部分为中小企业.随着中国改革开放的发展,中小企业大大提升了中国的综合国力,创造了大量的就业机会,在国民经济发展中具有举足轻重的作用.但由于其产出规模小、资本和技术构成较低、受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响大等因素,使得中小企业在财务管理方面存在着自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况,严重制约了我国经济的发展.随着我国经济体制改革和不断的深入,财务管理已经成为企业管理的核心.财务管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,并渗透到企业的各个领域、各个环节之中.
本文从中小企业的现状及财务管理现状出发,将进一步分析中小企业财务管理存在的问题,并提出了加强其管理的相关对策.
