Hello everyone,
I am very gald to show myself to all of you. My topic is “how to be a successful businessman”.Nowadays,we are surrounded by so many successful persons ,such as Warren Buffett , Carlos Slim Helu ,William Gates, lijiacheng , liuchuanzhi, yuminghong etc .what makes them so successful? Is there a “success personality” _some winning combination of qualities that leads almost inevitably to achievement ? if so ,exactly what is that secret success formula and can anyone develop it ?The answer is “NO”. But here ,at the camp, several entrepreneurs share their initial struggles and success stories with us ,which we should follow .
First,a successful businessman must be aggressive. The most important thing is that never give up. Make sure you can handle the lose! What you want ,you will work as hard as possible to get it ,no regard in your life.
Second, here are some factors that are very important to a successful businessman :
Believe in your idea, never underestimate what you can do. You may surprise yourself. Having courage to make difficult decisions is not synonymous for being reckless. A decision that leads to disaster is not a decision, but a wild guess.
Vision ,The businessman should also have a clear view on what is happening in the market.
Knowledge, We should know everything about our business and when I say everything, I mean everything.
Enough is enough, if you are a cow don't try to jump fences like a horse. People will only laugh at you.
Hire the right people,You need employees, partners and mentors you trust, who will give you honest feedback and take your company to the next level.
Keep the team motivated , Appreciate and acknowledge the positive behaviours of team members so that the behaveiours turn into consistent practices.
Level of service and quality of your work will be the main deciding factors for your success in the business.
Business is an entrepreneurship, run by you. To run the business, you must have the attitude to win.
Saying says that 'Dream for the sky, then, at least a handful will be yours'. But, to become a successful businessman, your attitude must be to 'dream the sky and ensure that you are at sky'. Try and try, till you succeed.
