本文在参考了大量文献的基础上，研究分析目前快递企业状态，采用三角模糊评价的方法对消费者满意度的评分进行量化处理，进而分析研究出我国网购条件下快递企业的不足之处。基于网购条件下快递企业存在问题的分析，通过构建一体化快递服务平台有效的解决了网络购物与快递行业发展中存在的问题，促进两个行业的协同发展。
通过网络购物行业与快递行业共同保障的高质量服务，吸引更多的消费者垂青，以促进相关产业的进一步发展。
