7.On other hand-->On the other hand (固定搭配)
8.thinks-->thought (it is (high) time that 跟过去时,固定搭配)
9.whether-->if (这里表示“如果”,而不是“是否”)
10.yours-->you (from是介词,后面应接名词或代词,yours是形容词性物主代词,不能用在这里)
