困惑我的英语题
Can you imagine how late l went to bed last night? It was not until 1a.m. _____i finished my home work.
答案给的是that. 但我觉得when也有道理.我想问一下能不能看成it was not until 1a.m. when i finished my homework that i went to bed的省略?
问题补充：以前遇见这种题
——where did you meet him?
--- It was in the hotel where we stayed.
这道题不是很相似嘛?
我很清楚定语从句和强调句的区别,这两句话绝对是正确的
It was in the hotel where we stayed that i met him.
It was not until 1 a.m when I finished my homework that I went to bed.
第一题的回答只是省略的that I met him 而已.我的意思就是第二句也把that i went to bed 省了,所以这时when 也能解释通.

这里要用that,句子才能完整
原因,用that和用when,要强调/表达的意思不一样
it was midnight when he came back
it was midnight that he came back
这两句,语法都没错
能看出他们的分别吗?
