是is还是are,为什么?
原句的主语不是two ponds
而且原句如果不倒装，正常语序是：Two ponds are going to be there in the park next year.

这是存在句式,There be ,通常有there is /are两个,如果直接在There be 后面加名词,那就要看后面的名词是不是复数了；
而如果不是,后面加going to do 的话,就不用考虑单复数了~
