Excellent stay at Efren's houseboat!A previous well written review by Lctricity on May 17,2009 sums up anything I could add.We rented the entire houseboat.You will not be disappointed staying at the PHILDUTCH houseboat!My family loved our stay here,especially the ducks and swans and the location!Keep up the good work Efren!

I was traveling alone; the single room was larger than other comparably-priced Parisian hotels.The room overlooked a pleasant courtyard.Free internet.10 minute walk from the La Defense Metro/RER station.Nice neighborhood -- it's the non-La-Defense-office-tower part of the suburb of Courbevoie.
The front desk is shuttered from noon to 2:00 pm.Normally you'd be out and about and never know this,but I arrived a little before noon.Since my room was ready,I settled in; I had wanted to get the Internet access code to look up something before I went out,but they'd shuttered by then.No big deal,I just went on my way,and if I really needed the Internet,there's a McDonald's with free WiFi at the Metro station.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of an extended European vacation.The hotel is very easy to find,right outside of the Denfert-Rochereau Metro stop,which is a major "hub" on the bus,train,and Metro lines.The Olry Bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance.A Monoprix store is just across the street,which is very convenient if you need toiletries or food.Upon arrival,the staff was friendly,but not overly so.Our room was of a decent size,air-conditioned,and with free Wi-Fi,but not so clean.The toilet seat was clean on top,but filthy underneath.The surfaces of the desk and nightstands had obviously not been wiped down for some time,nor had the door or window frames.On the upside the tub (no shower curtain) was clean,as was the sink,and as a British friend had armed me with a travel pack of Dettol wipes (similar to Clorox wipes)prior to departure,the room was soon liveable.But then,who really wants to clean up someone else's pee upon arriving on holiday?

We loved it.We came a day early to go to scheduled hotel and were directed to Hotel Brotsky.We were given the dorm on the top floor,many beds - no one else there - this was July.We stood up on a chair and looked out a ceiling window and saw before us the entire rooftops of Rome and it was raining,slightly.It had lots of flavor,unique approach,which was being restored,and the lift up to the hotel was different.It was very reasonable and we loved it for its casual,unhotel like flavor.

我和丈夫在我们的长期欧洲旅行的头两天住在这里.这家酒店很容易找,正好是在 Denfert-Rochereau 地铁站外面,Denfert-Rochereau站是一个公交车、火车和地铁线相交的一个枢纽站点.Olry 公交车站距离酒店入口只需2分钟步行就能到达.街道对面就是一家“不二价”商店,如果你需要购买熟悉用品或者事物的话是非常方便的.刚到那的时候,酒店人员十分友好,但也并不是特别友善.我们的房间面积很合适,有空调,免费的无线网络,但是不是很整洁.马桶盖很干净,但是下面很脏.桌子和床头柜表面很明显有阵子没有擦过了,门和窗框也一样.浴缸上方（没有淋浴帘）和洗脸池都很干净.这间房很快又有人入住了,可正如一个英国朋友在我离开之前塞给我一包Dettol 抹布（和Clorox 抹布相似）来拥抱我一样,到时候谁愿意在抵达之后先清理别人的小便再度假呢?!
视野很宽阔
我们很喜欢这.我们提前预约酒店一天到达,并径直来到了Brotsky酒店.我们的房间被订在了顶楼,有很多床位——但是没有其他人在那——现在是七月份.我们站在一个凳子上从天花板的窗户向外望去,然后看到了整个罗马的屋顶,而且那时候正下着小雨.从这里可以看到很多正被保护的别具一格的文化风情,而这样的景致则使得该酒店与众不同.这么做是合情合理的,而且我们非常喜欢它的随意性,没有酒店喜欢一成不变的口味.
最后两句翻译可能有些不准确,因为不知道为什么会出现flavor,可能理解上稍有出入,不好意思哈
